Microsoft dynamics has many apps such as Sales Hub, Customer Service Hub etc. Before 2020 wave 2 release there was a down arrow which was used to switch to different app.
Now the UI behaviour has been changed in 2020 wave 2 release. To switch to different app we need to click on the name of the app which will open new popup window where you can select different app.
Additional customization/configuration available from pop up window
- You could also directly create new app from this pop up window
- You can also manage roles of any app
- You can directly open app in app designer
